This project consisted of a 9,000 sq. ft. extension and the redevelopment of the outside yard for the Société de transport de Sherbrooke. At the end of each day, the STS stores more than 116 buses in their garage. They also maintain and refuel their fleet at the same location. The garage includes a wash area, mechanical workshops with lifting equipment, as well as a parts store and indoor warehouse.

An addition of 48 indoor parking spaces now enables STS to park all buses indoors, improving operational efficiency.

The facilities on Cabana Street in Sherbrooke dated back to 1982. Other interior work included modernization of the bus wash and refueling stations.
